Vegan Pumpkin Waffles

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2cups whole wheat pastry flour
1/4tsp baking soda
1tsp baking powder
1/16tsp salt
2tsp cinnamon
1tsp allspice
1tsp ginger
1tsp cloves
1tsp nutmeg
3/4can pumpkin puree
2Tbsp maple syrup
1cup nut milk
2Tbsp applesauce
2Tbsp orange juice
2Tbsp walnut oil

INSTRUCTIONS

1.Preheat waffle iron and grab two medium sized bowls. Combine all of the dry ingredients in one, and all of the wet in another. Be sure to beat or whisk the wet ones well to combine. Add the wet ingredients to the dry, and mix well. Pour into your waffle iron and cook according to the directions. Top with almond butter, maple syrup and/or fruit.
