1. | Sprinkle tomato slices with cumin and paprika. |
2. | Place 1 cheese slice in the center of each of the warmed tortillas. |
3. | Top with thin slices of avocado and 1 slice of tomato. Add the remaining cheese slices. Fold the edges of the tortilla up and over filling, enclosing filling completely. |
4. | Lightly coat outsides of wraps with nonstick cooking spray. Place wraps, folded side down in panini grill or preheated skillet. Close lid and grill for 2 minutes (or 2 minutes on each side if using a skillet) or until toasted and filling is heated through. |
