Sweet and Sour Baked Chicken
INGREDIENTS
Chicken

c onion
1/2
c chopped green pepper
1/2
c carrot
1/4
c butter
3/4
c ketchup
1
c pineapple juice
2
T vinegar
1/4
c brown sugar

t soy sauce
1/2
t garlic salt
Salt
Pepper
1
cup pineapple chunks
INSTRUCTIONS
1.
Sauté veg in butter for 5 min. Stir in everything except pineapple. Cook over med heat until mixture starts to boil. Add pineapple chunks. Place chic in pan and pour mixture over top. Bake covered 400 degrees for 45 min. Bake uncovered 30 min.
