Berry Coconut Crisp - S
INGREDIENTS

cup frozen mixed berries (just be careful not to get too many blueberries!)
1
tablespoon coconut flour
1
tablespoon unsweetened coconut flakes
2
tablespoons flax meal
1/2
teaspoon baking powder
Dash salt
1
tablespoon Truvia
1/2
scoop whey protein powder
1 1/2
tablespoons coconut oil, melted
INSTRUCTIONS
1.
Place berries in the bottom of a small baking dish.
2.
Mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl until crumbly. Toss over berries in baking dish.
3.
Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Allow to cool slightly before eating.

Serves 1.

Eat for breakfast topped with some Greek Yogurt or serve as a dessert with a bit of homemade whipped topping.
