Berry Coconut Crisp - S

INGREDIENTS

1cup frozen mixed berries (just be careful not to get too many blueberries!)
1tablespoon coconut flour
1tablespoon unsweetened coconut flakes
2tablespoons flax meal
1/2teaspoon baking powder
Dash salt
1tablespoon Truvia
1/2scoop whey protein powder
1 1/2tablespoons coconut oil, melted

INSTRUCTIONS

1.Place berries in the bottom of a small baking dish.
2.Mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl until crumbly. Toss over berries in baking dish.
3.Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Allow to cool slightly before eating.
4.Serves 1.
5.Eat for breakfast topped with some Greek Yogurt or serve as a dessert with a bit of homemade whipped topping.
