1. | In a small saucepan, melt coconut oil over low heat. |
2. | Add in xylitol, vanilla protein powder, vanilla, cream cheese, and sea salt. |
3. | Mix well with a mixer to blend it up smooth. |
4. | Drop by tablespoons in ice cube trays or spread onto parchment paper. |
5. | Freeze until hard. Pop candy out of ice cube trays and store in refrigerator OR break up candy on parchment paper and store in refrigerator. |
