1. | CRUST: |
2. | In a small bowl mix the above ingredients until crumbly. |
3. | Grease a larger sized ramekin (I have a little bigger one than what I use for my muffins and I used that.) |
4. | Press crust mixture into bottom of ramekin with spoon. |
5. | FILLING: |
6. | In a small bowl mix the above ingredients and then pour on top of crust in ramekin. |
7. | Bake in the microwave for 2 minutes*. Allow to cool some before eating. This will allow it to firm up a bit more. |
