1. | In a saucepan, heat all the above ingredients except the pecan halves. |
2. | Bring to a boil stirring constantly. |
3. | Remove from burner and stir in pecan halves until well coated. |
4. | Spread Caramel Pecans out onto a foil-lined cookie sheet and place in freezer to harden. |
5. | Once hardened up, break up nuts and store in a covered container in the refrigerator. |
